I’m from Boston, Massachusetts in the U.S. but Amsterdam has been my home for several years.

I work independently (since 2022) with adult clients who want to heal early life traumas so they can live with more authenticity, curiosity, and kindness.

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. I’ve completed additional training and/or courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, among others.

I’m an active member of the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP)—an organization that recognizes qualified psychology professionals within the Netherlands.
